Payments
How do I pay for my order?

You can pay securely during checkout via two methods 1. Credit or Debit Card 2. Paypal. We regret that we do not take payments in cash or by personal cheques. If you have ordered a custom made design will will send you an invoice via Paypal.

Where do I enter a discount code?

When discount codes are available you can apply these by entering the code on the checkout page.

Are my details safe?

Yes, we have installed security measures to safeguard your personal and financial information. Our staff and website are fully PCI DSS compliant in accordance with the regulations set out by the security standards council. All transactions are carried out over a SSL connection. We never have access to your card details as these are securely processed by Paypal.

I have a discount code but forgot to add it can I still get a discount?

If your discount code is still valid and active we are happy to apply the discount amount to your account as store credit only. You must contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed. To apply a discount code as store credit please contact us with your order number, name and date that you placed your order.

Delivery
Can I get my order faster?

You can upgrade your order to our 3 day service for only £4.99. We will design, make and dispatch your order to you within 3 working days. Orders times are calulated from the next working day. You can add this service at the checkout by selecting the 3 working day postal option. Please note that this only applies to UK orders.

Do you Deliver to Ireland, Australia, America?

Yes, the postage costs will be calculated at the checkout. 

What is your dispatch time?

Once you have placed an order there is a waiting time of up to 7 working days before it is made and dispatched. This is due to the very high volume of orders that we recieve on a daily basis. We always try our very best to make and dispatch your order quickly and in most cases do not take this long however, we do ask that you allow 2 weeks. If you have paid for our faster 3 working day service the above does not apply.
 

Do you send to BFPO addresses?

Yes, we are happy to send to any BFPO address anywhere in the world. At this time you BFPO orders cannot be made directly via our website. You can however email us your order via our contact page or by sending us a email using the following email addresses.

How do I know my order has been sent?

Once your order is ready to be dispatched we will send you an email that will say "Shipped" You can also view your order progress within your account.

What area's are not cover by free delivery?

Some parts Scotland, Ireland and other remote UK addresses will not qualify for our free delivery service due cost. If you live in a hard to reach location please contact us to disscuss the postage costs.

General product questions
Can I change the wording on a product?

Yes, but only within reason. We are happy to change the wording on our gifts so as long as the changes are in keeping with the current design. If you would like to make changes to wording we can do this but you must need to make no more than 4 word changes. To make changes to a product wording simply leave a clear description of the changes in the comments box at the checkout. We will then apply the changes for you free of charge. If you need to make more than 4 word changes please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can you make me a Disney product?

No, we will not make or reproduce any gifts that are subject to copyright law.

Can I change the text colour?

We can change the text to any colour that you wish but please remember that gold will be a dark mustard yellow and silver will be a grey. To change the text colour please leave us a clear description in the comment box at the checkout. You can also contact us to discuss your colour preference.

I have added extra information to a product is that ok?

No, If you have added extra information within the options boxes it will be ignored by our makers and will not appear on your order. Please only enter the information that is asked for. If you would like extra details added please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Can you remake someone elses product for me at a cheaper price?

No, we will not make you a copy of a product that you have seen somewhere else. We are happy to reproduce common "copyright free" quotes and designs only. If you are not sure please feel free to contact us.

I got my order today but something is wrong!

If we have got something wrong we'll fix it quickly please Contact us

I do not want everything on a product can it be changed?

If you do not want a product feature such as a clock, D.O.B or extra person added you can have these removed simply by not filling out the box that is asking for the information. Alternatively you can write the words "REMOVE" or "NONE" to tell us.

I have made a mistake on my order what should I do?

If you have entered the wrong information on your order please contact us with your Order Number and Name Here You will need to tell us which product needs correcting and supply us with the corrected details. If you have been sent an email update telling you that your orders is Being Made we will not be able to make any changes.
